Who we are
SAP Product Compliance — and nothing else.
Kocak Solutions was founded in Heidelberg in 2019 with one clear focus: SAP Product Compliance — and nothing else. We believe the discipline is too complex and too critical to run as a side activity. That specialisation shapes how we work: deep in the detail, continuously close to the module, in a small team with fixed points of contact.
We support clients from industry, technology, chemicals, pharma and consumer goods across every phase — from requirements analysis through customizing and custom development to server administration and content integration. Classic & New Scenario, migration between the two — all under one roof.

Muhammed Sahin Kocak
Founder & Managing Director · 15+ years of experience in SAP EH&S / Product Compliance
Muhammed Sahin Kocak graduated in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Stuttgart with a focus on “solving complex systems”, and started his career in 2011 as an SAP EH&S consultant — today SAP Product Compliance.
That systems mindset still shapes every project he works on today — combined with interdisciplinary approaches that deliberately go beyond what the SAP standard provides for.
Game development → Aerospace
For his thesis, he brought raytracing algorithms from game development into aerospace — fully automating the generation of satellite thermal simulations in ESATAN-TMS.

For battery shipment optimization, he developed an algorithm that adapts dynamically whenever the parameters of a shipping unit change as additional cells are added.

Start as SAP EH&S consultant
Beginning of the SAP EH&S developer and consultant career at an external consulting firm, with a fast promotion to Senior Consultant.

International rollout projects
Successful projects in the chemical and process industries: SAP recipe development, EH&S, Global Label Management, REACH compliance, recycling administration.

SAP module development
Move to a company with its own SAP modules — focused on maintainable business-logic algorithms.

In-house SAP EH&S — MDAX lubricant manufacturer
Global responsibility for the SAP EH&S module, creation of solution concepts and coordination of external developers in Mannheim.

Founding of Kocak Solutions GmbH
Founding of the consulting house in Heidelberg. Independent ever since, with projects for companies in the chemical industry and tooling distribution.
