So your substance classification rests on solid data.
Regulatory Content is what makes SAP Product Compliance actually work: multilingual phrases, listed substances from REACH, CLP, GHS, OSHA HazCom and country-specific regulations, rule sets for classification, and matching WWI templates for SDS, labels and shipping documents. These inputs come from content providers — the best-known one in the SAP world is 3E (formerly Verisk 3E), SAP’s embedded-content partner for S/4HANA Product Compliance since 2019.
But a content delivery on its own doesn’t produce compliant substance data. Phrases need to be imported and reconciled against your existing phrase library, rule sets activated and regression-tested against the current classification, listed substances cleanly linked to identifiers, WWI templates rolled out to the server farm — and all of that again, every time a new update arrives.
Kocak Solutions has years of experience implementing different content providers in SAP — from initial roll-out through integration with customizing and WWI reporting all the way to a continuous update service. We turn content deliveries into living, validated data.
