What is the difference between SAP EH&S and SAP Product Compliance?
In 2022 SAP renamed classic SAP EH&S to SAP Product Compliance. Functionally it is the module you know — Specification Management, Phrase Management, WWI, SDS distribution and dangerous-goods rule sets. Alongside it there is a new, S/4HANA-native solution (New Scenario). We work in both worlds.
Do you support the Classic Scenario, the New Scenario — or both?
Both. The Classic Scenario (formerly SAP EH&S) on ECC and S/4HANA is our core territory since the GmbH was founded in 2019. The New Scenario, SAP’s S/4HANA-native rebuild, we deliver for greenfield projects and conversions — including migration between the two.
Do you only consult, or do you also implement?
Both, from a single source — from requirements analysis through customizing and solution design to in-house development. We don’t deliver PowerPoint concepts; we either implement them ourselves or hand them over so your team can carry them on.
What happens after go-live?
We stay reachable. Most issues only surface after the first real shipment, the first real migration or the first audit wave — and that is exactly when we are still there, with hypercare and support.
Will we remain dependent on you after the project?
No. We deliver clean code, documented customizing decisions and traceable user exits and BAdIs. What we build should be something your team can carry on without us — lock-in is not a business model.
Do you handle the creation and distribution of safety data sheets (WWI)?
Yes. With the Windows Wordprocessor Integration (WWI) we turn your specification data into legally compliant safety data sheets, GHS labels and transport documents — automated and multilingual. We also set up SDS distribution, including updates.
Do you also connect content providers such as Verisk 3E?
Yes. Phrases, listed substances, rule sets and WWI templates from content packages (e.g. Verisk 3E) we bring cleanly into SAP Product Compliance — initially and in every update cycle.
Do you also cover SAP EHS Management (occupational health & safety)?
No. Incident management, risk assessment and health & safety are a separate module we deliberately do not cover. We focus exclusively on SAP Product Compliance.
